Consultation & Planning – We assess your needs, goals, and budget.
Parts Selection & Ordering – Parts can be sourced through us or provided by you. 50% deposit required.
Assembly & Testing – Full build, cable management, OS installation, drivers, and stress-testing included.
Delivery & Setup – Pickup or local delivery with a brief walkthrough of your new system.
Warranty & Support – 90-day workmanship warranty included; extended 6- or 12-month coverage available.

Every Techie Town Boston service starts with a $50 diagnostic/service fee, which is fully credited toward your final repair, service, class, or workshop.
